Tonight (July 18th) is the Ice Cream Social at 6:45pm in Chouteau Park. Bring a picnic blanket and your family!

Tomorrow, July 19th there will be a Community Blitz from the SLMPD in the Forest Park Southeast neighborhood. The event will showcase an influx of officers to the area, the command van will be set up at 4155 Manchester in the Grove. Other Department resources will be there as well. It’s meant to encourage the community and law enforcement to engage with one another. People are encouraged to stop by and check things out. Talk with or greet officers. It will run 3 pm -7pm.

Saturday, July 22 at 10 a.m. is an Open House at Park Central Development to learn more about the needs that still exist in the Forest Park Southeast neighborhood. Come learn the results from the recent neighborhood’s needs survey completed in 2016 and share your thoughts with us!   • August 1st:  Join the Forest Park Southeast Neighborhood Association for the National Night Out in Chouteau Park.  We’re hoping to have a potluck, kickball game, maybe even a water balloon fight!  
  • Saturday, Aug. 26th:  St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church (1126 S. Kingshighway) will have a BBQ at 6pm and an Outdoor Movie beginning at 7pm. They will be showing “the Goonies”. On Sun, Aug 27th, we are having an Welcoming Mass at 10am with coffee & donuts to follow and a Q&A Session about Independent Catholicism at 11am. Events are free and open to the public.
