Below is the initial site plan for Green Street’s newly announced Chouteau’s Grove development at Chouteau Ave and Sarah St in the Grove.  The plan was presented to the St. Louis TIF Commission this morning and will be reviewed further by the neighborhood and the City of St. Louis.

The site plan reveals several dynamic features of the development including: 82,463 sq ft of ground floor retail space, 280 apartment units, 552 structured parking spaces, a 29,000 sq ft rooftop amenity, numerous infrastructure improvements, and a reconstructed Chouteau Ave which includes a new plaza space.

Park Central Development and Alderman Roddy have been working alongside Green Street and Commerce Bank for the last year regarding the project.  Brooks Goedeker, Executive Director at Park Central Development stated, “We are excited for what this development means for the Grove and the entire City of St. Louis.  This project is a culmination of a lot hard work, care, and investment in the Grove by numerous stakeholders.  Green Street has a proven track record in the City of St. Louis and the Grove and we look forward to continuing to work with them over the next several years.”
