Park Central Development is honored to be among the 2016 RISE Collaborative Grant recipients. The Collaborative Grant Program focuses on providing financial resources coupled with technical assistance to build the capacity and sustainability of non-profit community-based development organizations in the St. Louis metropolitan area.
Funds from the grant will be used to develop an action plan to address critical infrastructure and service needs within the Forest Park Southeast neighborhood. Park Central Development staff will work with a committee of neighborhood stakeholders to formulate an action plan and a document that will guide the steps that need to be taken to create a truly sustainable and fully functioning neighborhood.
Executive Director, Brooks Goedeker says, “This grant well lead to a vital initiative in Forest Park Southeast that will ultimately produce positive outcomes for years to come.”
Park Central Development is excited about working with the community and grateful to Rise for recognizing the need for this initiative.
Committee selection will begin soon. If you are interested in serving on this committee, please contact Brooks Goedeker.
