The 4400 block of Gibson is organizing a Halloween street carnival, to be held from 6:30-8pm on October 31. The event will be open to all of the kids in the neighborhood and aims to provide a fun, safe environment for them to trick-or-treat in FPSE. A permit has been secured to close off Gibson from Newstead to 4451 Gibson for carnival games, tent, card tables, and lawn chairs. Come join the fun!
