The FPSE Neighborhood Plan and Form Based District has made great strides thanks to the effort and input of committee members and the community.
After three successful Public Meetings, planners have collected critical information from residents, business owners, property owners and others who live and work in Forest Park Southeast. That information has helped to formulate more concrete concepts and renderings for the plan.
Please join as we present the current concept and rendering at a public Open House, Friday 9/5 and Saturday 9/6 at the Park Central Development offices, 4512 Manchester Ave.
The Community is invited to stop in from 10a- 6pm on Friday, September 5th or from 8am – 4pm Saturday, September 6th and participate in a strategic redevelopment charrette. During this time, you will be able to look at and provide input on detailed area renderings, as well as articulate issues and address concerns relative to the plan. Park Central and H3 Studio will be on hand both days to walk through the specifics and answer questions about the plan.
This is an important step in the planning process. We hope you will take some time to stop by our office next Friday or Saturday and make your voice heard!
