The Mission of Park Central Development is to partner with community stakeholders and work to strengthen and attract investment that creates and maintains vibrant neighborhoods and commercial districts in the City of St. Louis. Park Central Development’s focal neighborhoods are Botanical Heights, Cheltenham, Central West End, Forest Park Southeast, King’s Oak, Midtown, and Tiffany, which are all located in the central corridor of the City of St. Louis. |

GROVE FEST 2016 |
Grove Fest kicked off the month October 1st with over 25,000 attendees and was better than ever. Festival goers experienced what they have come to know and love, as well as surprises such as the fireworks display right after Blackalicious finished their phenomenal set. Particle brought the show to the next level and helped This One Go to Eleven.
Thanks to everyone who attended, the vendors, artists, our sponsors and especially the volunteers for making this the best street festival in St. Louis! PCD event staff are already hard at work planning new artists, vendors, and surprises for 2017!

BEVO COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

The Community Improvement District (CID) along Gravois between Taft and Christy was approved by the Board of Aldermen October 7.
Park Central Development staff have been working with community stakeholders for over a year in order to garner the necessary support for the CID. The CID will levy a small tax on the property owners located in the boundaries and the money will go to public infrastructure improvements as well as safety and security to help revitalize the district.

FIRST POUR+PAIR A SUCCESS |
The first annual Pour+Pair Festival in the Central West End (CWE) took place Saturday, October 15th. The beautiful afternoon saw a crowd of of over 400 sampling cocktails and food from over a dozen businesses in the CWE south of Lindell.
Thank you to all who attended, the businesses, sponsors and volunteers. Pour+Pair is established as a can’t miss event in the CWE!
