The Forest Park Southeast Infrastructure Committee is exploring the formation of Friends of Chouteau Park, a 501(c)3 charity, organized by Forest Park Southeast and Kings Oak residents, whose purpose is to raise funds for major improvements to Chouteau Park. These funds will be raised through contributions, fundraising events, and grants.
